How long does it take to return my order?
"When you purchase from Movenex, you have the option to return your items within 14 days of delivery of your order (with carrier tracking as proof). For returns to be accepted, items must be in their original, pristine condition, unstained, unworn, and unwashed, and must have their price tags and complete packaging."
How do I get a refund for my order?
“Once we receive the returned items, a quality control check will be performed on the product, and then we will initiate the refund process through the payment method used for the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email from us. Please note that the refund may take up to 14 days to be processed. If your payment was made with a Movenex Gift Card, expect the credit to be available within 7 days after your return has been processed.”
Can I get a refund for all the products?
“At Movenex, all products are eligible for a refund, except for gift cards and items personalized or made specifically for your order.”
How do I exchange a Movenex item I ordered?
"We currently do not offer an exchange option. If you would like an item in a different color or size, please return the original item and place a new order on Movenex.shop. "
