How do I get a refund for my order?“Once we receive the returned items, we will initiate the refund process through the payment method used for purchase. You will receive a confirmation email from us. Please note that the refund may take up to 14 days to be processed. If your payment was made with a Movenex Gift Card, expect the credit to be available within 7 days after your return has been processed.”  |

Can I change my delivery address?“Unfortunately, due to the speed of processing and shipping by our teams, we are unable to make changes to your order or delivery address once it has been placed. However, after your order has been sent, you have the option to contact the carrier directly to change your delivery address or redirect the package to a collection point or another delivery address. Please note that the available options vary depending on the carrier.”  | 
Why did I only receive part of my order?“When you order multiple items from Movenex, they may arrive in separate packages. For each shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, informing you of the specific contents of each package and its estimated arrival date.”  | 
Why hasn't my tracking information been updated?“Don't worry if your order tracking information isn't immediately available. It can take up to 48 hours for the carrier to activate tracking. We recommend trying again later, as the information should be updated soon.”  |

How do I exchange a Movenex item I ordered?"We currently do not offer an exchange option. If you would like an item in a different color or size, please return the original item and place a new order on Movenex.shop. "  | 
What do I do if my package is damaged upon delivery?"If upon delivery you notice that the packaging is damaged or appears to have been opened, we advise you to report this immediately on the delivery documents. In the event of a damaged product, please provide us via our contact form on Movenex.shop: your order number, photos of the damaged product and packaging, as well as the delivery documents. We will then contact you to guide you through the next steps."  |
